Yes. If you have exhausted all other avenues and do not feel that your issue was resolved satisfactorily, the department also has a Regulatory Ombudsman. The ombudsman acts as a liaison between the department and consumers who feel that their issue was not resolved satisfactorily. For example, the ombudsman is here to assist consumers who have reached out to Consumer Services, the Medicare division, or another area of the department but are not satisfied with the results.
