Annual Filing Instructions
The State of Ohio does not require annual filings or Annual Statements as long as the filings required by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) are filed with the NAIC by their due dates.
- The department will invoice approved surplus lines insurers for the $1,000 annual fee.
