What We Do

Agent licensing administers testing and issues licenses to insurance agents (resident and non-resident), insurance agencies, managing general agents, third-party administrators, reinsurance intermediaries, public insurance adjusters, viatical settlement brokers, and surety bail bond agents. Staff monitor agents compliance with continuing education requirements and also processes insurance company appointments of authorized agents.
